Amazon Shipping Label Crop Tool: A4 to 4×6 Thermal

A 4-in-1 sheet holds four separate orders. Crop it as a single block and you get four tiny labels printed on one sticker, which is the most common thing sellers get wrong with Easyship.

Each label has to be cut out and given its own page before printing. EditLabel detects the tiled layout and splits it, so a sheet of four orders becomes four thermal labels rather than one unreadable one.

The Seller Central sheet pairs each label with a packing slip listing the item and, on many accounts, what the buyer paid. It is useful inside the warehouse and not something you want taped to the outside of a box.

Cropping to the shipping label alone drops it. If you do want the slip, print the original sheet on A4 separately and keep the thermal label clean.

Amazon labels identify the shipment, not the product, so a packer holding one still has to look the order up. EditLabel stamps your own SKU and an optional master code onto each label with the quantity.

Amazon SKUs are awkward here in a way other marketplaces are not. Some are plain seller SKUs, some are an ASIN followed by a variant name in brackets, and some sellers use the ASIN as the SKU. All three have to end up printing something a packer can read, which is a detail worth checking on your own labels before a big batch.

If you have a thermal printer, the output is a true 4x6 or 3x5 label per order, ready for a Zebra, TSC or Xprinter.
