Meesho Shipping Label: crop, brand and print in seconds

Send the untouched A4 to a 4x6 printer and it shrinks the entire sheet onto one sticker. The card ends up about a third of its proper size, with the invoice squeezed underneath and the barcode too small to scan.

Rotating the page in your PDF reader does not fix it either, because you are still sending an A4-shaped page. The card has to be cut out of the sheet first, then turned upright, then fitted to the roll.

Meesho prints the tax invoice on the same sheet as the label, and plenty of sellers need to keep it rather than throw it away with the crop.

There are two ways to keep it. On 4x4 the card and the invoice are close to square together, so both fit on one sticker. On 4x6 and 3x5 you can switch on the combined mode, which stacks the label and the invoice on a single portrait label and leaves room at the bottom for a brand strip with your own text and a QR code.

Pick 4x6 (101.6 by 152.4 mm) if you want one label per sticker and are happy filing the invoice separately. It is the roll most Indian sellers already own.

Pick 4x4 if you want the label and its tax invoice on one square sticker, which saves handling on returns and reduces the paperwork you keep loose. Pick 3x5 only if you already have 3x5 stock, since it is the tightest fit of the three.

Sellers often arrive with PDFs a different cropper has already trimmed, where the label and invoice were split onto separate short pages. Re-cropping those would cut into the label a second time.

EditLabel measures the page before touching it. Anything taller than a raw A4 threshold is treated as an uncropped sheet and cropped normally; shorter pages are recognised as already trimmed and passed through untouched, with each label matched back to its own invoice page.
